Executive Coaching

The next chapter, walked into on purpose.

One on one work for individuals ready to step into what is next with clarity, conviction, and a plan that fits the life they actually want to live.

Who it is for

The individual at a threshold.

Coaching tends to find people in seasons of transition. Some of the individuals who arrive here:

The founder approaching a new chapter and wanting to build it on the right foundation. The professional sensing that the next role calls for a different kind of presence. The person who has done the climbing and now wants to do the choosing. The woman returning to her work after motherhood, ready to lead from a steadier center. The high performer quietly running on fumes who wants growth that does not cost her self.

If any of these sound close, you are in the right room.

The work

What we tend to, together.

Clarity

Naming what you actually want, what you actually believe, and what you are ready to leave behind. Most of the early sessions live here.

Conviction

Building the inner steadiness to act on what you have named. Practiced under pressure, not just in theory.

Communication

Finding the words for the way you lead and the room you are stepping into. How you speak, and what you stop saying.

Calendar & Capacity

Designing a week, a quarter, and a year that supports the life you actually want to live. Boundaries that hold, rhythms that work.

Decisions

The hard ones. The ones you have been holding alone. A second mind in the room while you sort.

The process

How it unfolds.

i.

A conversation

A free 30 minute call to see if the work is the right fit and the chemistry is right. No pressure, no pitch.

ii.

A foundation

An extended first session to map where you are, where you are going, and what we will tend to first.

iii.

A rhythm

Twice monthly sessions for an initial three or six month engagement. Voice notes between sessions when life calls for it.

iv.

A reckoning

Quarterly reviews to mark what has grown, what has been pruned, and what is next.
