A tended place to grow.

Lily Grove is the home for the work of Marah McGahey, where executive coaching and digital marketing live under one roof.

Meet Marah

I am the founder of Lily Grove, where executive coaching and digital marketing live under one roof. I built it for the individuals and companies who want their growth to mean something, and want it to mean something to the right people.

I am originally from Columbus, Georgia. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Liberty University, with concentrations in Data Analysis and Digital Marketing & Advertising, and I am currently pursuing my MBA there as well.

On the coaching side, I hold a Level 1 certification from the International Coaching Federation, earned through Vanguard XXI, and I am pursuing my Associate Certified Coach credential.

If there is a thread between the two practices, it is this: the work that lasts is the work done with care. The kind that takes a little longer up front, and then keeps paying off long after the launch is over.

If that sounds like the season you are in, I would love to hear from you.

The Story

I built Lily Grove for the quietly ambitious, the ones who want their work to mean something and want it to mean something to the right people.

For years I sat at the intersection of two practices that most people keep apart. On one side, executive coaching, which is the slow, considered work of helping a person become more themselves. On the other side, digital marketing, which is the noisy, public work of helping a brand sound like itself out loud. The longer I worked in both rooms, the more I noticed the same need showing up. Individuals who wanted to lead from somewhere true. Companies who wanted to sound like the people who built them. Both wanting growth that lasted longer than a quarter.

So I made a place where both kinds of work could live together. Where the careful inner work of coaching and the careful outer work of marketing could share a roof, share a philosophy, and share a person tending them.

That place is Lily Grove. Welcome.

The name

Lily. Grove.

Lily is a quiet symbol of beauty that flourishes without striving. The lily of the field appears in scripture as evidence that growth is sometimes a matter of trust, not toil. It is the centerpiece of the brand because it gives permission to do meaningful work without performance, both for the individual and for the company they are building.

Grove is a tended, established space. It carries the patience of trees and the company of many growing things. Where a single plant is fragile, a grove is a system. The word signals that this is a place where things take root and where the work compounds over time.

Together, Lily Grove holds both grace and groundedness. It is the kind of brand an individual or company can step into when they want to grow without losing themselves in the process.

Philosophy

How we work, in five quiet rules.

i. Rooted, not preachy. We speak from conviction without lecturing. Faith and values inform the work, but the language stays universal.

ii. Spacious. We let ideas breathe. Short sentences sit beside long ones. We resist the urge to fill every silence.

iii. Generous. We assume our reader and our client are smart, busy, and trying their best. We never talk down.

iv. Honest about effort. Growth takes time. We say so. We promise the work, done well, never overnight transformation.

v. Beautifully ordinary. We use everyday words on purpose. Careful, plain language is more elegant than clever turns of phrase.

Curious whether we are a fit?

A short conversation will tell us both. Send a note and we will set up a time to talk.
